Who this site is for

This site is for adults aged 18 and over only. By continuing past the age-confirmation screen, you are stating that you meet that age and that viewing this kind of content is lawful where you are. That screen records your own statement, not a document check. An age shown on a profile is the same kind of statement, made by the person who wrote it, not a certificate issued by this site.

You must not use this site if you are under 18, and you must not submit or share access to it with anyone who is.

These rules use "she" throughout, because most advertisers here are women. A male, trans or duo profile is bound by exactly the same rules, word for word.

What a profile is

A profile is written and kept up to date by the escort or agency it belongs to. Her rates, services, district, photos and any other field are her statements, published here after a moderator has checked them. That check confirms one thing: the person in her live verification photo or video matches her profile photos. It says nothing about her rates, her services, or what she will or won't agree to. Read the whole profile, and ask her directly about anything the listing doesn't settle.

A rate shown on a profile is not a booking or a reservation, and it is not an offer this site can accept on her behalf. We take no payment for a meeting, hold no money in escrow, and arrange no time for anyone. Starting a conversation through a profile's contact details does not create an appointment; only she can agree to one, directly with you. Pay her in person, at the meeting. Do not send money in advance to anyone claiming to represent her or this site.

A listing can go quiet, change or come down without notice. Confirm anything that matters to your plans — the date, the rate, the service, the address — with her before you rely on it.

What we won't allow, ever

• No one under 18 may appear on this site, in any form: not in a profile, not in an image, not in a message. There is no exception to this.
• Any sign that a person is advertised against her will, or is controlled or paid by someone else without her consent. Use the Report link on her profile to flag it. These reports are read first, and the profile comes down while it is checked. Where the law requires it, we report it to the relevant authority.
• A profile using someone else's photos, name or contact details without her agreement.
• Pretending to be another advertiser, or copying a listing that isn't yours.
• Scraping, mirroring or republishing the directory in bulk. Reading pages as a visitor is fine; pulling the site into a dataset isn't.
• Poking at parts of the site that were never meant to be public, or flooding its forms with spam.
• Working around the age-confirmation screen instead of answering it honestly.

Where the law where you are draws a line around adult content or adult services, this site does not move that line for you. You're responsible for knowing where it sits.

Accounts and contributions

An account is yours to keep secure: pick a password you don't reuse elsewhere, and tell us if you think someone else has got into it. Repeated rule-breaking under this page can close the account behind it, not only the one profile, review or message involved.

If your account is the one closed and you think that was the wrong call, write to us through the contact page and say why. That request also goes to someone who didn't make the original decision, and a closure that doesn't hold up gets undone.

A like, reaction or written review goes through the same moderation as a profile before it's visible. One that's paid for, faked, or written under pressure from either side breaks these terms, and so does a comment that harasses, threatens or exposes somebody's private details. Any of it can come down on its own.

If you advertise here

Publishing a profile means every field in it stays your statement, not ours; we display it, we don't vouch for it beyond the identity check described above. You need the rights to any photo or video you upload, or permission from whoever holds them, and every adult shown in it has to have agreed to its use here. Keep your rates and availability current: listing a figure with no plan to honour it, purely to pull in a message, isn't marketing — it breaks these terms.

An agency stands somewhere different from an independent advertiser: it isn't publishing itself, it's publishing someone else. Before an agency puts up a profile for a woman it works with, it needs her written consent to be advertised here, covering the exact rates, photos and contact details that profile will show. That consent stays with the agency, kept on hand and never published. We can ask to see it at any time, and a profile without one on request comes down. An agency account carries its own consent form for exactly this — attach it when the profile goes up, one form per woman, kept against her profile rather than sent loose.

A profile can be held back before it goes up, or taken down afterwards, for any of these:

• A rule on this page has been broken.
• A report against it holds up, including any of the signs listed above.
• A copyright or rights claim against it holds up.
• An agency is asked for her consent and cannot produce it.
• The advertiser asks for it to come down.

If a takedown happens to your profile, use the Report link on it to say what you think is wrong. Someone who wasn't involved in the first decision takes a second look, and if the removal shouldn't have happened, the profile goes back up.

What belongs to whom

Her photos and videos stay hers, as set out above. Everything else here — the site's name, its logo and favicon, the look of these pages and the words on them, and the directory as a whole — belongs to us. Copying the site's own design or wording onto somewhere else isn't covered by anything in this page.

Where our responsibility stops

The site is provided as it is. Beyond the identity check described above, none of the following is promised: an accurate profile, a reply from anyone, an actual meeting, or uninterrupted access to these pages. To the extent the law allows it, we aren't responsible for what an advertiser does, or for what the two of you agree between yourselves once you're in contact. Nothing in this paragraph limits a liability that the law says can't be limited.

Changes and law

What happens to your data is covered separately, in the Privacy Policy, which these terms include by reference. This page can change as the site changes. The version standing here is the one that applies, and using the site after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any dispute arising from them falls to the Hong Kong courts.
